Job Title - Trademark & Licensing Intern Overtime (FLSA) - Non-Exempt
Group - Administration Manager - Manager (Senior) - Trademark & Licensing

JOB SUMMARY Provide a concise overview of the essential function, purpose, & major objective of this job.

Candidate will assist the Trademark & Licensing Sr. Manager with all responsibilities related to this department. Responsibilities include maintaining the Department database to ensure efficiency and accuracy, and to perform administrative/clerical functions for the department.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES List major duties & responsibilities of importance, including purpose of each.

  • Perform administrative/clerical functions, i.e., composing/typing correspondence, photocopying, faxing, telephone assistance, filing and calendaring.

  • Conduct and summarize in-depth research of data on the internet, particularly of social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy.

  • Assist in collecting, organizing and disseminating materials for use with existing files.

  • Assist with updating files on Access database and of monitoring those files where follow-up internet-based research is needed.

Qualifications State normal minimum education, experience, specialized knowledge and critical skills required.

16 hour maximum per week
Proficient computer skills, including Access, MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point, and extensive internet research skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
