Job Title - International Brand Manager Overtime (FLSA) - Exempt

JOB SUMMARY Provide a concise overview of the essential function, purpose, & major objective of this job.

Responsible for resolving problems, answering questions, providing marketing support, and developing new business opportunities in International markets.

This job entails domestic and international travel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES List major duties & responsibilities of importance, including purpose of each.

  • What you'll do:

  • Analyze and understand key business trends, track and report business results and develop recommendations to address business issues in a timely manner in selected markets

  • Work daily with regional sales managers to develop growth opportunities in selected markets

  • Maintain primary marketing and budget responsibility for country specific programs as well as corporate projects

  • Negotiate and manage international agency contracts, distributor contracts and global promotional agreements with support from the legal team

  • Manage creative agencies to plan, develop and execute new materials for global implementation

  • Host customers and guests, extending the McIlhenny Company culture to all visitors

  • Travel internationally and domestically to learn the markets as well as to support and drive business

  • Who you'll work with:

  • You will develop a strong working relationship with daily communications with internal team members from your own department as well as IT, accounting/finance, logistics, legal, marketing, production and supply chain.

  • You will also work closely with external audiences such as the end consumer, distributors, customers, logistic agencies, branding agencies and legal authorities.

Qualifications State normal minimum education, experience, specialized knowledge and critical skills required.

- Business degree (or discipline within business field) required. Master's degree preferred
- 3-4 years in sales, marketing/brand experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, decision making skills and strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management and organization skills
- Ability to understand and utilize various forms of research to drive sales growth is preferred
- Knowledge or experience of working with but not limited to finance, purchasing, logistics, operations and marketing
- Ability to be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, think creatively (outside the "box") and act on innovative ideas while also remaining calm under pressure
